摘　　要：“三个代表”重要思想贯穿了全面发展这一主题。只有从各个方面促进科学技术的发展 ,才能使第一生产力在全面建设小康社会中发挥出更大的作用。The thesis of full development is penetrated through the important thought of 'Three Represents', therefore the sci-tech progress must be the complete progress. Only the overall promotion for the development of science and technology can give full play to the better actions of the primary productivity in the complete construction of the well-off society.
