摘 要:用TPR、XRD和活性评价等手段研究了Co/SiO2 、Co/γ -Al2 O3和Co/α -Al2 O3催化剂上金属 -载体相互作用以及Co/α-Al2 O3催化剂上钴负载量对甲烷部分氧化与甲烷二氧化碳重整耦合反应性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,Co/γ -Al2 O3和Co/SiO2 催化剂活性很差的原因主要是金属 -载体的相互作用太强或太弱 ,只有金属 -载体相互作用适中的Co/α -Al2 O3催化剂才具有高的催化活性。在Co/α -Al2 O3催化剂中钴的负载量对催化性能有很大影响 ,当负载量低时催化剂易发生Co0 →CoAl2 O4 相转变而失活 ,而负载量太高时催化剂容易积碳 。The effects of both metal-support interaction and Co loading on catalytic performance for combined partial oxidation and CO 2 reforming of methane were investigated by TPR,XRD and catalytic tests.Catalytic activities of Co based catalysts depended greatly on interaction strength between metal and support.Co/γ-Al 2O 3 and Co/SiO 2 catalysts showed poor catalytic activity because interaction between Co and support was either too strong or too weak.Alternativity however,Co/α-Al 2O 3 catalyst showed excellent catalytic activity since interaction between Co and α-Al 2O 3 was suitable.Loading of Co on Co/α-Al 2O 3 catalysts had great effect on catalytic activity.Low Co loading Co/α-Al 2O 3 catalysts made phase transfer from Co 0→CoAl 2O 4 easy and thus deactivated the catalyst.However,too high Co loading Co/α-Al 2O 3 catalysts led to carbon deposition during reaction and large particles of Co metal were the active centers of carbon deposition.
