摘　　要：本文介绍了稳压二极管测试系统硬件和软件的设计思路和实现方法。该系统是一种网络化的智能测试系统 ,操作简单、测试迅速准确 。The article introduces the method about hardware and software for 'Voltage regulator pararneter tester system with intelligence'.This system will be connected intelligence measurement with computer network.The system is easy to operate and fast to measure which can measure many device and many parameter at the same time.
