农村妇女避孕节育知情选择影响因素的分析

摘　　要：目的　调查分析农村妇女开展避孕节育知情选择服务的影响因素。方法　对湖北省潜江市 14 79名已婚育龄妇女进行问卷调查 ,对资料进行单因素和多因素分析。结果　除年龄与避孕方法知情选择的知晓率呈负相关外 ,文化程度、是否接受避孕咨询、是否赞同在计划生育工作中推行知情选择及是否有能力自主选择避孕方法均与知晓率有正相关关系。结论　以年龄大、文化低、自己没有能力选择避孕方法的人为重点 ,争取服务对象的合作 。Objective To analyse the factors which might influence in formed choice of contraceptives.Methods 1?479 rural women in Hubei province were surveye d with questionnaires.Data were processed with methods of single factor analysis and multiple factor analysis.Results The subjectives′ educational background,their at titude toward contraceptives,their ability to choose contraceptives and the fact whether they had received contraceptive consulting were positively related to t he degree of awareness of the informed choice,while age was negatively associate d with it.Conclusion More attention should be paid to those who are older,at lower educational level and unable to make informed choice of contrace ptives.Efforts should be made to seek their cooperation in contraceptive counsel ing and in making informed choice of contraceptives.
