长江航线船员艾滋病认知及健康教育效果评价

摘　　要：目的　了解长江航线船员对AIDS知识的掌握程度 ,评价对长江航线船员开展艾滋病健康教育效果。方法　对长江航线船员进行艾滋病健康教育干预 ,采取匿名问卷 (KABP)方法 ,在干预前后分 2次进行AIDS知识问卷调查。结果　长江航线船员对艾滋病知识已有一定的了解 ,但对艾滋病的传播途径认识不全面 ,经过健康教育干预后 ,长江航线船员对艾滋病知识的知晓率有显著提高 ,对待艾滋病人的态度亦有较明显的改善。结论　开展艾滋病健康教育可提高长江航线船员对艾滋病知识的掌握程度 。Objective To investigate how much the seamen on the Chang jiang river know about AIDS and to evaluate the effectiveness after AIDS and hea lth instruction.Methods To instruct the Changjiang seamen in the knowledg e of AIDS and to question them before and after the instruction by means of KABP .Results The Chiangjiang seamen had some knowledge about A IDS,but incomplete about the prevalent pass.After the health instruction the kno wledge rate of the Changjiang seamen about the knowledge of AIDS was increased p rominently and their attitude toward AIDS patients changed remarkably.Conclusion To instruct the Changjiang seamen in the knowl edge of AIDS would greatly improve their mastery of the AIDS knowledge,which was an important measure to hold out AIDS spread in our country.So instruction Chan gjiang seamen in the knowledge of AIDS and health should be strengthened and ext ended.
