摘　　要：介绍了深圳电信面向本地通信网络的新网控中心的规划建设思路,详细分析了现有各网管系统组网结构上存在的问题,提出了相应DCN建设的规划方案,并通过各专业网管的搬迁实施过程,对原有组网不合理之处进行了改善和优化。Considerations on Shenzhen Telecom new network control center construction is giv-en,problems on various network management system architecture update are described in detail,relative DCN construction plan is presented.The irrational points are corrected and optimized by the relocation of various network management systems.
