摘  要:本文报告应用时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术测定人血清α-FP浓度。研究结果表明,将BAS引入该技术,使方法学稳定性和灵敏度有明显提高。本法批内CV为3.8~5.2%。批间CV为4.80~12.3%,最小检出值<1ng/ml,平均回收率为102.8%。健康成人测定参考值为5.56±5.38ng/ml(±SD)。聚苯乙烯微量滴定孔条经戊二醛处理后可提高包被抗体含量。The article reports a method of ultrasensitive time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA)for AFP in human serum. The results showed that the introduction of Biotin-Avidin System into TEFIA would greatly improve the stability and sensitivity of the method. The intra and inter C.V values were 3.8-5.2% and 4.8-12.3% respectively. The lowest detection limit was less than 1ng/ml. The average recovery rate was 102.3%. The normal value for healthy subjects was 5.56±5.38ng/ml (x±SD). Pretre-atment of polystyrene microtiter strips with glutaraldehyde solution could, increase the amount of antibody coated onto the wells.
