摘　　要：ITU T G.72 8建议是国际电信联盟于 1992年制定的比特率为 16 kb/ s的语音编码标准。本文扼要地介绍了 G.72 8编解码算法的原理和 TMS32 0 C6 2 11定点 DSP芯片 ,并详细讨论了 G.72 8算法在 C6 2ITUT G.728 recommendation shows a lowdelay speech coder at the bitrate of 16 kb/s, which was worked out by the international telecommunication union in 1992.Based on a brief introduction to coderdecoder algorithm principles and TMS320C6211 chip, This paper discusses in detail there alltime realization hardware designing and software development of LDCELP algorithm of G.728 on TMS320C6211 and the key technology in the design of system.
