摘 要:本文采用S-100蛋白免疫组织化学方法,观察了正常大鼠脾滤泡树状突细胞(FDC)和交错突细胞(IDC)的染色反应性,结果表明,脾小体内FDC和动脉周围淋巴鞘内IDC均为S-100蛋白强阳性细胞。在此基础上,应用形态计量学方法对两种树状突细胞的组织分布进行定量分析,分别获得FDC和IDC在脾白髓内的体密度(V_V)、面密度(S_V)、面数密度(N_A)和比表面(S_S)的正常值。由于这些数值与该细胞的形态和数量密切相关,并随其变化而产生相应改变,因此是有意义的形态计量参数。The staining reactivities of follieular dendritic cells (FDC) and interdigitating cells (IDC) of normal rat spleen were observed by S-100 protein immunohistochemical staining method. The results showed that S-100 protein reaction was strongly positive in FDC within the splenic corpuscles as well as in IDC within the periarterial lympha tic sheaths. On this basis,the morphological quantitative method could be used to analyse the tissue distribution of FDC and IDC. The normal values of the volume density(Vv), the surface density (SV), the numerical density on area (NA) and the specific surface (SS) for FDC and IDC in white pulp were obtained respectively. Since these values correlated closely to the shape and quantity of FDC and IDC and varied accordingly, they couldbe served as a significant morphological quantitative parameters.
