摘　　要：目的 :为了融洽医患关系 ,提高医疗市场竞争力 ,调查了我院部分科室的整体护理对病人满意度和满意率的影响。方法 :将我院骨科病人随机分为两组 ,一组做整体护理 ,为观察组 ,另一组为对照组 ,比较二者的满意度和满意率。结果 :整体护理组和对照组相比 ,满意度和满意率均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :整体护理提高了病人满意度和满意率 ,融洽了医患关系 。Objectives:To improve the relationship between medical staff and patients and increase medical treatment market competition ability,observed satisfaction rate and satisfaction degree of the patients who were holistic nursed.Methods:The orthopedics patients in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly,one was holistic nursed,another was contrast group, to prepare their satisfaction rate. Results:satisfaction rate and satisfaction degree of the patients have a difference obviously (p<0.05).Conclusion:The holistic nursing promoted satisfaction rate and satisfaction degree of the patients and improved the relationship between medical staffsand patients,and it is a guarantee to promote medical treatment market competition ability.
