摘　　要：医疗纠纷已经成为中国社会的一个热点问题。针对在医疗纠纷诉讼中已经实施的新规则 ,和医疗文书在医疗纠纷诉讼中的重要作用 ,提出在医疗文书的书写过程中要做到全面、真实、及时的反映医疗行为过程中的实际情况 ,从而尽可能的减少医疗纠纷的发生。Medical dispute has become a hot issue in current China. As to the new rules carried out and the importance of medical data in edical disputes litigation,it is necessary that the medical data should reflect the reality of medical behavior comprehensive,authentic and without delay during the writing in order to avoid the occurrence of medical treatment disputes.
