麦考酚酸酯治疗甲亢浸润性突眼的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察麦考酚酸酯 (MMF)治疗甲亢浸润性突眼的疗效。方法　所有甲亢患者的高代谢症状得到基本控制后 ,开始口服MMF 5 0 0mg ,每 12h 1次 ,住院观察 8周 ,根据患者的血药谷浓度调节药量 ,疗程 3～ 6个月。每 2周进行血液FT3 ,FT4,TGA ,TMA ,TSH ,肝、肾功能测定及血、尿常规等检查。结果　全部病人治疗总有效率为 82 .3% ,甲状腺均有不同程度缩小 ,血管杂音消失。TGA ,TMA浓度明显下降 ,TSH略有增高 ,与治疗前比较 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　MMF作为一种新型免疫抑制剂 ,对甲亢浸润性突眼有较好的治疗效果 。Objective To observe the treatment effect of mycophnolate mofetile(MMF) in patients with graves ophthalmopathy.Methods After high metabolism symptom of patienta with graves disease being controlled,MMF was used with initial does of 500mg every 12 hour,then the does was modified according to blood drug peak concentration,the treatment course was 3 to 6 months,at two week's interval serum FT 3,FT 4,TGA,TMA,TSH,liver function,kidney function,blood regular and urine regular was determind.Results The total effect rate in all patients was 82.3%,comparing with before treatment,thyroid became decrease,blood murmur disappeard,concentration of TGA and TMA lowerd,TSH slightly increased,there were a significantly difference in statistics(P<0.01).Conclusion MMF,as a new immunosuppressive drug,with better effects to graves to ophthalmopathy,is deserved applied in clinic.
