组织培养对大蒜花器发育的影响

摘　　要：通过组织培养,改善大蒜花器生育条件,能使自然条件下不能正常开放的大蒜花器长大开放;雄蕊花丝伸长,花药可形成花粉粒,但花药不开裂;子房长大,花柱伸长,胚珠可分化出珠被、珠心、珠柄、维管束等结构,但不能形成胚囊。In nature, the development of garlic floral organ is abnormal, its anther and ovule don't develop fully. The pollen mother cell is only developed at the stage of meiotic division, its ovule is small and undifferentiated,so that the garlic floral organ dosen't open normally in field. The development of floral organ is promoted through floral tissue culture on medium. The floral organ becomes larger and opens normally due to the improvement of growth circumstances. The anther stalk of stamen is lengthened, the pollen grain is formed in the anther, but the anther can' t split. The ovary enlarges, the style lengthenes and the ovule becomes larger and differentiates into integument, nucellus, ovule stalk and conducting bundle, but can' t form embryo sac.
