摘　　要：在政府转变职能的背景下 ,抓住机遇 ,积极推进企业经济效绩评价工作 ,促进政府运用市场经济原则间接管理国有资本和财政资金的监管体系的建立 ,是我们今后一段时期面临的重要任务。只有从财务性指标效绩评价方法和非财务性指标效绩评价方法两个方面重新构建企业效绩评价指标体系 。Under the background of government changing in functions to hold the opportunity,improve economic performance evaluation of enterprise,and promote to establish the state owned capital and finance funds system managed indirectly by government by using the rules of market economy,is important mission in the later period.Evaluation index system of economic performance in enterprise was established from two aspects:evaluation method of finance index performance and evaluation method of non finance index performance,so economic performance of enterprise can be proceeded the whole evaluation in many ways.
