摘　　要：“三个代表”集中反映了当代世界和中国发展的深层背景 ,这是我国高等教育改革和发展的现实基础。立足于这一基础 ,形成了高等教育的管理体制、育人模式、办学方式、教育的内容和方法的根本性转变。正确认识这些转变 ,把握高等教育的走向和发展规律 ,才能不断开创中国高等教育面向现代化、面向世界。The'three representatives' mainly reflects the deep background of the development in the contemporary world and China,which presents foundation of the reform and development of our higher education.On the basis of this,it has developed the ultimate transform of the administration system,education pattern,style of running school ,the content and method of education.To fully understand these transform and know well the developing tendency and rule of higher education, higher education must be oriented to the modernization,to the outside world and to the future.
