摘　　要：中国是一个农业大国 ,但农业却是中国的弱质产业。入世 ,犹如一把双刃剑 ,在给中国带来机遇的同时 ,也带来了严重的挑战。本文从中英农业转型的比较入手 ,认为土地产权的完善是中国经济全球化以后农业面临的一项迫切任务 ,并提出了一些政策性建议。China is a great agricultural country,but in China agriculture is weak.Taking part in WTO is like a two-edged sword,which gives China not only chances but also challenges.From the angle of comparative agricultural transformation between England and China,the author thinks that land question is a vital task after China takes part in WTO,then puts out some policy advice.
