我国3160亿美元外汇储备的利弊分析

摘　　要：20 0 3年第一季度我国外汇储备突破 30 0 0亿美元 ,达到 316 0亿美元 ,仅次于日本 ,居世界第二。有很多经济学家认为我国的外汇储备太多了 ,是不经济的 ,会对我国经济产生许多负面影响。其实 ,最适量的国际储备规模并没有一个固定的标准。联系到我国的经济规模、抵御金融风险的能力、人民币汇率的稳定和对外支付的需要 。The first season in 2003,foreign exchange reserve of our country surpasses 300 billion,comes up to 316 billion,next to Japan,and occupies second place in the world.economists think that too much foreign exchange reserve will have negative influence,and is not economic.Actually,the right amount of international exchange reserve has no fixed standard.The present foreign exchange reserve will have no excess,if we take into account our economic scale,the ability to resist financial crisis,the stable of rate and the needs of foreign pay.
