摘　　要：本文详细阐述科技查新服务和专题情报服务各自的特点 ,对其进行了分析比较 ,并从二者有机结合的角度 ,探讨新时期情报信息服务的发展趋势。The article describes in detail distinctive features of technical novelty consultation service and subject information service and discusses their integration mechanism from various angles.Information resources integration,improved information retrieval systems and correct retrieval tactics are prerequisite to various technical information activities.The skilled personnel of quality played a leading role in all information activities.The ultimate aim of information service is at providing users with value added information service in high level.The trend of development of information service in new times was analysed.
