摘　　要：本文对生态摩天楼的交通核、中庭、双层表皮等缓冲层空间的特点加以分析,指出其对节约能源和提高室内舒适度有显著贡献,使人在高层建筑内也如同步入室外接触自然。Analyzing the features of the cord breaker in ecological sky-scraper, which includes traffic center, atrium and double-skin, this paper expounds that the cord breaker has great contributions to saving energy and raising the comfort index,furthermore,it also makes people contact the nature within the sky-scraper?
