摘  要:目的分析脑组织中葡萄糖代谢的缺氧习服适应性特点。方法将大鼠置模拟海拔5000m低压舱内,30d后取动脉血,测定血气、血糖等,取大脑皮层用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定葡萄糖、糖原含量,用酶法测定三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、磷酸肌酸、乳酸水平,并和对照组比较。结果与对照组相比,缺氧组血糖、大脑皮层葡萄糖含量显著增加,而糖原显著降低,大脑皮层ATP、磷酸肌酸、乳酸在缺氧组与对照组之间差异无显著性。结论经过缺氧习服适应后,组织能量代谢能达到平衡状态,葡萄糖利用加强。Objective To investigate the characteristics of energy metabolism in rat cortex after hypoxia acclimati-zation.Methods The artery blood gases,blood sugar were determined after exposing the rats to mimic altitude5000m hypobaric hypoxia environment for30days and the contents of glucose and glycogen in rat cerebral cortex were ana-lyzed by alyco-oxidase method,lactatic acid,ATP,phosphocreatine(PCr)in the rat cerebral cortex were also analysed.Results The contents of glucose in cerebral cortex and blood sugar were significantly increased in the hypoxic group compared with the control group,while the levels of glycogen were decreased.The contents of ATP,PCr,and lactatic acid showed no significant difference between the hypoxic group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The en-ergy metabolism could retain stability after hypoxia acclimatization and the glucose utilization increase d.
