摘　　要：在科学技术飞速发展、市场竞争日益激烈的情况下,企业技术联盟作为一种新型的技术创新组织应运而生,并在技术创新过程中显示出巨大的优越性,已为越来越多的企业所接受并参与其中。阐述了企业技术联盟产生的必要性及其在技术创新领域的独特优势,重点研究了企业技术联盟的创新特点、过程和效应,指出了这一新型创新模式对企业发展壮大和社会经济技术进步的巨大推动作用。Analyzes the reasons why a business allied itself with others for joint technological renovations on the highly competitive technology market. Such a newly developed alliance has shown obviously its superiority to an individual effort to renovate technologies and been accepted by various businesses. Nowadays more and more businesses take an active part in the alliances of which the necessity of their formation and their unique advantages in technological renovations are discussed, including the features, operation process and benefits available. The new model of technological renovations will strengthen further the developing potential of businesses as well as the socio-econo-technical progress.
