摘 要:作者观察9-四氢大麻酚(9-THC)的镇痛作用及对电针镇痛的影响。实验用钾离子测痛法,分别给家兔g-THC iv 0.1Mg/kg、0.25mg/kg、0.5mg/kg和1mg/kg后,镇痛作用逐步增加。0.1 mg/kg9-THC iv与电针联合使用后镇痛作用可以得到加强,此时脑脊液(CSF)中亮啡肽样免疫活性物质(LEK-LIS)显著高于单给电针或⊿9-THC,提示:⊿9-THC增强电针的镇痛作用可能与脑内阿片样物质释放有关。This is an investigation on the analgesic effects of △9-tetrahydrocannabinol (49--THC) combined with electro-acupuncture (EA). The possible mechanism of this effect was also analysed.The experiments were performed on conscious rabbits. Pain threshold was determined by potassium iontophoretic dolorimetry. Eleotroaoupunoture was applied on unilateral 'Hegu' and 'Waiguan' points. △9-THC (0.1mg/kg, iv) elevated the pain threshold. This analgesic effect could be potentiated by EA. It was found that the content of Leu-enkephalin like immunoreaotive substances in the group treated by EA+△9-THC increased distinctly (from 39.9×9.6 to 94.0× 15.8pg/10(100μl) in the cerebrospinal fluid. These results suggest that the synergism of △9-THC with EA may be related to increased release of enkephalin in the brain.
