摘  要:以固体超强酸为催化剂,取消带水剂,采用多次加入乙醇的方法合成氯乙酸乙酯,酯化率达98 8%,经放大实验,结果稳定。最佳酯化条件为:催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1 2%,酸醇摩尔比1 0∶6 6,反应时间5~6h,乙醇按预定加入量及加入模式分多次加入。Solid super acid was used as the catalyst for the synthesis of ethyl chloroacetate,using the methods of nonwater carring agent and multiple adding of alcohol.The total yield was up to 98.8%,which was maintained almost at the same level during the scalingup of the experiments. The results showed that the optimum conditons of esterification are as follows:the amount of solid super acid catalyst is 1.2% of total mass of reactants,the molar ratio of acid to alcohol is 1.0∶6.6,the reaction time is 5~6 h,adding alcohol in multiple time with the reaction proceeding.
