摘 要:针对目前国内外稠油/超稠油化学降粘所存在的乳化降粘与破乳脱水之间的矛盾问题,提出了研制和开发新型高效水基降粘剂的思路及方法。研制方法主要分作三大步骤:①油样特征参数(HLB值和PIT值)测定;②降粘剂基本配方研制(主剂分子结构设计及合成、辅剂型号确定及主剂与辅剂配比优化实验);③降粘剂优化配方确定(室内综合性能评价实验、管道动态流动模拟实验)。其中,第一步是基础,第二步是关键,第三步是补充。三大步骤之间相互影响。To counter the contradictory problem between emulsion visbreaking and demulsification dehydration existed in crude oil/ superheavy oil at home and abroad at present, the thinking and method of preparing and developing new and high efficiency water base viscosity reducer is put forward. Preparation method is divided into three steps, i.e., determination of characteristic parameter(HLB value and PIT value) for oil sample, preparation of viscosity reducer basic formula(molecule structure design of main agent, determination of supplementary agent, optimal experiment between main agent and supplement agent), determination of optimal formula of viscosity reducer of(comprehensive room property evaluation experiment, pipeline dynamic similation experiment). And the first step is basis, the second step is key, the third step is complement. Three steps interact each other also.
