摘　　要：对第17届世界石油大会有关炼油和石油化工部分的论述进行整理和评述。重点介绍了用氢气作能源及生物质能源和有关清洁燃料、清洁生产技术的新进展,指出炼油和石油化工的结合将更加紧密,并扩展到与热能、电能的结合。Some of the views in the petroleum refining and petrochemical field from the pres-entations at the 17th World Petroleum Congress are reviewed and summarized, in which the recent ad-vances of hydrogen energy and biological energy sources, clean fuels, and clean production technologies are highlighted. It is pointed out that the integration of petroleum refining with petrochemical industries will be tightened and further extended to the combination of heat energy and electric energy.
