摘　　要：中国石化济南分公司1.40Mt/a重油催化裂化装置加工的原料残炭为8％～10％,在第一、二周期分别连续运行了573d和1 002d,分析了装置的结焦情况,详细叙述了为控制设备结焦、确保装置长周期运行所采取的行之有效的措施。The 1. 40Mt/a heavy oil FCCU in SINOPEC Jinan Company processing feedstock with 8% - 10% CCR has realized continuous running in 1st and 2nd operating cycles for 573 days and 1002 days respectively. The status of coking in the unit was summarized and the effective measures for preventing coking and insuring long-period running of the unit were presented in detail.
