摘  要:为了降低焦化蜡油(CGO)中碱性氮化合物含量,防止碱性氮化合物毒害催化裂化和催化重整催化剂,在实验室条件下考察了不同萃取时间、温度、剂油体积比和甲酸含量等工艺条件对甲酸络合萃取脱除CGO中碱性氮化合物的影响。试验结果表明,在50℃、剂油体积比为1:5、萃取时间1min、甲酸含量98%的条件下,CGO抽余油中的碱性氮化合物含量降低到了49.75μg/g,抽余油收率达到95%以上。In order to prevent the catalysts in FCC and reforming processes being poisoned by the basie nitrogen compounds in coker gatch, they were removed by solvent extraction with formic acid based on complexation. Different process conditions, including extraction time, extraction temperature, solvent to oil ratio and formic acid concentration, were studied in the laboratory. The result showed that at a temperature of 50℃ , a solvent to oil volume ratio of 1 : 5, and an extraction time of 1 min with 98% formic acid, the raffinate yield reached more than 95% with a basie nitrogen compound content dropped to 49. 75μg/g.
