地塞米松对脂肪酸和肺表面活性物质磷脂合成的促进作用

摘  要:本文通过测定胎鼠肺中~3H乙酸钠掺入脂肪酸的程度,观察脂肪酸与肺表面活性物质脂质合成代谢之间的关系。结果发现新合成脂肪酸84%掺入磷脂中,经地塞米松刺激后,总脂质和磷脂部分分别增加40%与34%,而中性脂与糖脂部分无明显变化。从~3H乙酸钠掺入率、测磷含量和比放射活性的结果都显示,新合成脂肪酸是优先地参与肺表面活性物质特征性磷脂——饱和磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰甘油的合成,地塞米松对肺表面活性物质磷脂的合成有明显的促进作用。Distribution of the newly synthesized fatty acids showed that 84% were incorporated .into phospholipids. Dexamethesone increased the rate of acetate incorporation into total lipids by 40 % and phospholipidg by 34% respectively, but it had little effect on the incorporation of neutral lipids or glycolipids. We also measured the content and composition of individual phospholipids by phosphorus assay and determined the specific activities of phospholipids (radioactivity per unit protein). The data suggested that newly synthesized fatty acids were preferentially incorporated into phospholipids characteristic of surfactant, dosaturated phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylglycerol. This process could be greatly accolerated by dexamethasone.
