摘　　要：简要阐述了多层轻钢结构住宅体系、概念设计及抗震概念设计 ,结合具体工程实例论述了抗震概念设计在多层钢框架 -核心筒住宅体系中的应用。This paper briefly introduces the contents of multi-story light-weight steel residential building systems、 concept design and seismic concept design, then it discusses the applications of seismic concept design on steel frame-hull core structure residential building system, referring to the true engineering example in order to give reference to the research and design of steel residential systems in the future.
