摘　　要：研究了真空热处理对陶瓷涂层性能的影响以及起主要作用的工艺参数。提高热处理温度可提高涂层强度 ;经过真空热处理后 ,改善了涂层表面质量 ;在 10 0 0℃以下时 。The effects of vacuum heat treatment on ceramic coating behavior and the key technological parameters were researched. The results showed that the strength of the coating can be raised with increase in temperature of heat treatment. The treated surface quality of the coating has been improved. The heating temperature rate of the heat treatment should not be too fast up to 1 000 ℃.
