感音神经性聋患者红细胞碱性铁蛋白测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：对224例感音神经性聋和62例正常听力健康人红细胞碱性铁蛋白(RCBF)进行了放射免疫测定,平均含量各为17.05±1.37ag/红细胞和26.82±3.47ag/红细胞,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。测定RCBF不仅能明显提高感音神经性聋患者的铁代谢障碍检出率,而且可结合血红蛋白、血清铁、血清铁日波动及血清铁蛋白等检测指标,对铁代谢障碍的发生环节作出进一步评价。Red cell basic ferritin (RCBF) was measured in 62 healthy subjects with normal hearing and 224 patients with different kinds of sensorineural hearing loss and compared with serum ferritin, hemoglobin and serum iron. The results showed that the RCBF concentrations in most kinds of sensorineural hearing loss were significantly lower than those in norma hearing status. It is conceivable that RCBF assay can be used to evaluate the adequacy o physiologically important iron storage and to diagnose relative iron deficiency in patients with iron metabolic disturbance indicated by other laboratory assays.
