24小时动态血压参数的正常参照值

摘　　要：本文报告40例20～59岁正常血压者动态血压监测(ABPA)资料。ABPM参数的正常参照值上限:24小时血压平均值<16.7/10.7kPa(125/80mmHg),白昼血压平均值<17.3/11.3kPa(130/85mmHg),夜间血压平均值<15.3/9.3kPa(115/70mmHg),血压负荷值<10％。夜间/白昼的收缩压与舒张压比值分别为0.87与0.82。短期内ABPM反映的血压水平和昼夜节律具有良好的重复性。以上结果为ABPM的临床应用提供了依据。The data of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) using a noninvasive recorder SpaceLabs 90202 in 40 normotensive subjects (20-59 years old)are reported. If the mean ±2 standard deviation interval was considered normal, the upper limits of normality for ABPM were 16.7/10.7 kPa (125/80 mmHg) for the 24-hour blood pressure (BP), 17.3/11.3 kPa (130/85mmHg)for the daytime BP, 15.3/9.3 kPa (115/70 mmHg) for nighttime BP, and 10% for the BP load. The night/day pressure ratio averaged 0.87 for systtolic and 0.82 for diastolic BP. It was found that there were good reproducibility of average level and circadian variation of BP taken on two separate study days at an interval of 4-12 weeks. The aforementioned values could be used as a temporary reference for clinical practice.
