摘 要:首次系统收集、整理了中国因地震破坏造成水库险情的资料,根据水库险情严重程度,提出按3级分类及处理方案。本文概要介绍了各级水库险情的主要案例及险情发生后的抢险救灾措施。在此基础上总结了水库险情防治对策的基本思路。同时,对水库险情危险度的评价和水库险情等级与地震震级之间的关系作了对防灾减灾有益的探讨。Reservoirs play an important role in fighting against both droughts and floods since they can store a large volume of water. On the other hand, reservoirs pose great dangers to life and property downstream in the event of dam failures, of which earthquakes is a natural triggering factor. Earthquakes usually cause slumps and cracks in dams which consequently fail to retain the impounding water. In this paper, the severity of the potential hazards of reservoirs is categorized into three degrees and countermeasures are proposed correspondingly against treating the hazards resulted from earthquakes.
