104例先天性耳前瘘管感染期手术治疗的观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察先天性耳前瘘管迁延性感染期手术治疗的疗效。方法 :对104例患儿实行手术方法并作了随访。结果 :对比75例耳前瘘管感染期手术和29例感染控制期手术 ,其疗效差异无显著性。结论 :耳前瘘管感染期行手术是最有效、快捷的治疗方法 ,而不是换药待炎症缓解后再手术。Objecitve:To observe the effect of surgical treatment for104patients with congenital preauricular fistula in postonely infection period.Methods:The surgical methods were performed for104patients with congenital preaurieular fistula and the effects were observed.Results:Compared75patients treated infectious period with29patients treated in controlled period,we found that there's no distinctive differences between them.Conclusion:Surgical teatment for preauricular fistula in infectious period is the most effective,It is a fast and shortcut way for treating congenital preauricular fistula without infection disappeared.
