摘　　要：目的 :观察前列腺素E1(PGE1)治疗重型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法 :将193例重型肝炎随机分二组 ,治疗组在综合治疗基础上加用PGE1,对照组仅用综合基础治疗。主要观察指标 :临床症状、血清胆红素 (TB)、凝血酶原活动度 (PTA)改变及临床有效率。结果 :治疗组临床有效率明显高于对照组 ,治疗后TB下降显著低于对照组 (P<0 05) ,PTA上升明显高于对照组 (P<0 05)。结论 :PGE1是治疗重型病毒性肝炎的有效药物。Objective:To study the clinical value of prostaglandin E1(PGE1)in treating severe viral hepatitis.Methods:The patients with sever viral hepatitis were divided into a treatment group and a control group randomly.The former received a combining hepatotherapy with PGE1and the latter only accepted a combining hepatotherapy.The observed parameters were the clinical symotom,serum level of TB;PTA and clinical effective rate.Results:The serumTB level was mor lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05)after treatment.PTA was increased in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group was61.85%.The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PGE1is effective to patients with sever viral hepˉatitis.
