脂糖舒对正常大鼠组织SOD、MDA及形态结构的影响

摘　　要：目的观察脂糖舒对正常大鼠组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)含量以及形态结构的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为对照组和脂糖舒三个等比例剂量组 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组 ) ,分别用生理盐水和脂糖舒 [Ⅰ组 5 g/(kg·d)、Ⅱ组 1 0 g/(kg·d)、Ⅲ组 2 0 g/(kg·d) ]胃饲三个月。观测各组大鼠心、肝、胰、肾组织SOD活性、MDA含量和形态结构。结果脂糖舒各组心、肝、胰、肾组织的SOD活性与对照组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,脂糖舒各组心、胰组织和脂糖舒Ⅰ、Ⅱ组肝、肾组织的MDA含量与对照组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,脂糖舒Ⅲ组肝、肾组织的MDA含量高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;脂糖舒各组心、肝、胰、肾组织的形态结构与对照组比较无明显差异。Objective To observe the effects of ZhiTangShu(ZTS)on the superoxidatase(SOD)activity, malondialdehyde(MDA)level and structure in tissues of rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into control group and three ZTS groups (ⅠⅡ&Ⅲ).While the rats in ZTS groups were treated by drinking ZTS with different dose [Ⅰ5g/(kg·d)、Ⅱ10g/(kg·d)、Ⅲ20g/(kg·d)]for a period of three months,in the control group were treated with normal saline.Then,the SOD activity and MDA level in tissues of heart,liver,pancreas and kidney were measured,and their structures were observed.Results The SOD activity in tissues of heart, liver, pancreas and kidney of ZTS group(ⅠⅡ&Ⅲ) and the MDA level in tissues of heart and pancreas of ZTS group (ⅠⅡ&Ⅲ) and the MDA level in tissues of liver and kidney of ZTS group Ⅰ,Ⅱwere showed no significant differences(P>0.05)with those of control group.But the MDA level in tissues of liver and kidney of ZTS group Ⅲ were increased (P<0.05).There were no obvious differences in structure between ZTS group and control group.Conclusion The treating dose of ZTS can't remarkably injure the tissues of rats.
