摘  要:目的探讨雌激素对大鼠心内神经节细胞中ChAT表达的影响。方法本实验建立了去卵巢和雌激素替代疗法动物模型 ,正常饮食饲养 2个月后处死大鼠 ,然后用免疫组化结合图象分析方法观察大鼠心内神经节细胞中ChAT的变化。结果去卵巢大鼠心内神经节细胞中ChAT的表达较正常对照组明显减弱 ,雌激素替代治疗组大鼠心内神经节中ChAT的表达与正常对照组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而较卵巢摘除组显著增高 ;OVX +TAM +E2组大鼠心内神经节中ChAT的表达较正常对照组显著减弱 ,但与OVX组无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。Objective To investigate the effects of estrogen on the expression of ChAT in the intracardic ganglionic neurons of the female rats.Methods OVX and ERT models were set up.The rats were killed after 2 months.The changes of ChAT in intracardiac ganglionic neurons was investigated by immunohistochemical method together with image analysis method.Results The ChAT levels in the OVX group was evidently lower than those in the normal group;and there was not evident difference between the ERT group and the normal group;but the ChAT level in the OVX+TAM+E2 group was lower than those in the normal group;there was not evident difference between the OVX group and the OVX+TAM+E2 group.Conclusion The results suggest that estrogen can upregulate the expression of ChAT in the cardic ganglionic neurons of the rats, and then indirectly regulate the functional activities of the cardiovascular system.
