摘  要:目的 探讨颅外体表参考线与大脑前、后联合 (AC- PC线 )之间的关系 ,为脑功能性立体定向手术颅内靶点定位提供可靠、准确的体表参考线。方法 采用 MRI薄层扫描技术、结合数字减影 X线摄片 ,对 30例患者的头颅体表参考线、AC- PC间距、AC- PC线与眉间与枕外隆凸边线 (GI线 )、与外眦与外耳门中点连线 (CM)上成 10°角线、姚氏线之间的夹角进行标记测量。结果  AC- PC间距为 19.8~ 2 6 .3m m,AC- PC线与姚氏线夹角为0°~ 6 .5°,AC- PC线与 GI线夹角为 1°~ 11°,AC- PC线与 CM上成 10°角线夹角为 0°~ 8°。经统计分析 ,姚氏线与AC- PC线的夹角和另两条线与 AC- PC线的夹角比较 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 在三条颅外体表参考线(姚氏线、GI线、CM上成 10°角线 )中 ,姚氏线与 AC- PC线最接近 ,立体定向手术靶点 CT或 MRI定位可以姚氏线为扫描基线 ,增加靶点定位的准确性。Objective Search to the relationship between intracranial anterior commissure and posterior commissure(AC-PC) line and extracranial reference line. To find out an accurate extracranial basic scanning line and make use of this basic scanning line as MRI-guided target localization before stereotactic functional neurosurgery.Methods Adopted thin layer MRI scanning technique and digital subtraction X-ray technique, to photo the located and lateral X-ray, thin layer MRI scanning slice for 30 cases. Analyzed and measured the distance of AC-PC line and the included angle between AC-PC line and Yao's line, AC-PC line and the Glabella-Inion (GI) line, AC-PC line and the line angled above 10° with the CM line.Using the extracranial basic scanning line can obtain the AC-PC plane and intracranial target screenage.Results The distance of AC-PC was 19.8~26.3mm,the angle between AC-PC line and GI line is 1°~11°, the angle between AC-PC line and Yao's line is 0°~6.5°, the angle between AC-PC line angled above 10° with the CM line is 0°~8°,significant difference was showed between Yao's line and the GI line, the line angled obove 10° with the CM line by statistical analysis P<0.01.Conclusions The Yao's line and AC-PC line is the nearest in three extracranial reference line. The Yao's line can be regarded as the basic scanning line of MRI-guided target localization. It can improve accuracy in intracranial target localization.
