摘　　要：从核桃属植物主要化学成分萘醌类、黄酮类及二芳基庚烷类等,以及抗肿瘤、抗菌、清除氧自由基等生物活性方面进行了评述.旨在为进一步合理利用该资源提供依据.The research into the chemistry and biological activity of the genus Juglans L. plants were reviewed from two aspects of major metabolites such as naphthoquinones, flavonoids, and diarylheptanoids and their bioactivities including antitumor,antimicrobial and free radical scavenging. 
