四川省首起传染性非典型肺炎病例的病原学及血清学研究

摘　　要：目的 :对四川省首起传染性非典型肺炎病例病原学及血清学进行研究。方法 :病原分离及血清学检测。结果 :细胞及鸡胚培养未分离到相应病原 ;病例甲、病例乙的 SARS冠状病毒 Ig M和 Ig G抗体阳性 ,病例丙的肺炎衣原体 Ig M抗体阳性。结论 :两例患者为 SARS冠状病毒感染 ,另一例可能合并肺炎衣原体感染。Objective:To investigate the etiology and serology of the first case with SARS occurred in Sichuan.Methods:The isolation of pathogens and serological identification.Results:There were no relative isolates in culture cells and in embryonated eggs.The antibodies IgM and IgG refer to SARS-CoV were positive in convalescence serum samples collected from two case with SARS.The antibodies IgM refer to Chlamydia pneumoniae were positive in acute serum samples collected from another case with SARS.Conclusions:Case A and case B were infected by SARS-CoV.Case C was possibly co-operated infected with Chlamydia pneumoniae.
