成都玉林社区高血压患者KAB分析

摘　　要：目的 :比较高血压俱乐部患者与普通社区高血压患者对高血压的认识、态度和行为 (KAB)差异 ,为社区高血压防治提供一种新型管理模式。方法 :根据高血压防治指南 ,设计高血压知识、态度、行为调查问卷 ,对高血压患者进行调查 ,采用面访法完成。结果 :高血压判定标准 (收缩压≥ 14 0 mm Hg和或舒张压≥ 90 mm Hg)的知晓率干预组水平显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;知道高血压严重后果致脑中风者干预组水平显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;对“健康人运动时的适宜心率”回答正确率两组都极低。高血压危险因素 (肥胖吃盐多大量饮酒精神紧张遗传 )知晓率两组相比 ,干预组显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。干预组“完全遵医嘱服药”和“坚持服降压药”的比例与对照组相比 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :高血压俱乐部的这种新型高血压防治管理模式取得了很好的效果 ,值得借鉴和推广。Objective:To understand the difference in knowledge, attitude and behavior(KAB) among hypertension patients in ′pertension club′ and in common community, thus provide a new management model on the prevention of hypertension Methods:Based on the guideline of hypertension prevention, the questionnaire about knowledge, attitude and behavior of hypertension was devised The data were gathered through nose to nose survey with hypertension patients Results:The awareness rate of the criterion of hypertension(SBP≥140mmHg DBP≥90mmHg) in experiment group were higher than in control group( P <0 001) The higher rate of Knowledge that hypertension will grow into stroke were apparent in experiment group (P <0 001) In experiment group,the rate of selecting the correct answer to ′what is the proper exercise rate of who in good condition′ is as low as in control group The awareness rate of risk factors of hypertension(such as fat ,salt, drink, stress, heredity) is higher in experiment group than in control group (P< 0 05) There is significant difference between experiment group and control group in which the rate of correct answers to ′conform to prescription′ and ′adhere to take medicine′ ( P <0 05) Conclusion:The new management model on the prevention and control of hypertension had increased the rates of KAB of hypertension in ′hypertension club′ in community
