摘　　要：目的　了解娱乐场所服务人员对HIV/AISDS的态度 ,行为和认知现状 ,为预防HIV传播和进行安全套社会市场营销提供资料。方法　采用定性研究的方法 ,对调查对象进行个人深入访谈和小组专题访谈。结果　成都市 15个娱乐场所服务人员中HIV/AIDS相关知识缺乏 ,由于认识模糊致态度和行为与其他人群有所差异。提示 ,对高危人群进行有效的行为干预 ,普及HIV/AIDS知识是当前一项十分紧迫的任务。结论　只有强化对高危行为的认知 ,建立良好的行为和生活方式 ,才能有效地遏制HIV在娱乐场所中的传播。Obiective To explore the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS among the staff of entertainment sectors,and their attitudes/behaviors toward HIV/AIDS;To provide the information for HIV/AIDS provention and condom social marketing. Methods Qualitative approach was employed in this study with focus groups discussions and in-depth interviews in 15 entertainment sectors in Chengdu. Results Most staff among the 15 entertainment sectors was lack of the knowleage of HIV/AIDS,so that their attitudes and behaviors were different from other groups of people. The results suggest that it is very necessary and urgent to provide HIV/AIDS prevention education among high risk groups of people. Conclusion Awareness on HIV/AIDS and risk behaviors,and changing such risk behaviors are the important way to stop HIV/AIDS transmission.
