小儿健脾消食口服液挥发油提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究小儿健脾消食口服液挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法 :以两种水蒸汽蒸馏工艺提取含挥发油的药材 ,以紫外分光光度计测定蒸馏液中挥发油的含量 ,采用Exponential曲线回归分析法建立挥发油馏出规律的数学模型。结果 :水蒸汽蒸馏直接提取挥发油效果更佳 ,挥发油馏出量按指数函数规律递减 ,收集2倍量蒸馏液即可得61 64 %的挥发油。结论 :加8倍量水、浸泡0 5h、加热水蒸汽蒸馏。OBJECTIVE:To select the best extraction process of volatile oil from XEJPXS oral liquid.METHODS:Two kinds of steam distillation methods were adopted to extract Chinese herbs which contain volatile oil.The contents of volatile oil in the distillation liquid were measured by UV-spectrophotometer.A mathematical model of distillation rule of volatile oil was established by Exponential curvilinear regression method.RESULTS:The effect of extracting the volatile oil by direct steam distillation was better than that of using reflux combining with steam distillation.The amount of distilled volatile oil decreased according to the exponential function rule.61.64%of volatile oil could be obtained by collecting two times distillate of herbs.CONCLUSION:The best extraction process of volatile oil of XEJPXS oral liquid is soaking the herbs for thirty minutes with8times water,distilling and collecting two times distillate of herbs.
