摘 要:目的:寻求单点法测量聚L-乳酸特性黏度的计算公式。方法:用稀释法测量相对分子质量不同的样品黏度,分别用几种常用单点法公式计算其特性黏度并回归出公式中的参数值,然后与用Huggins方程图解外推得到的特性黏度进行比较。结果:用Solomon-Ciuta方程和Maron方程得到的[η]值与用Huggins方程图解外推法得到的[η]值较一致,最大平均误差分别小于0.8%和0.7%。结论:本方法简单,准确性好。Objective:To develop an equation for calculating intrinsic viscosity[η] of poly-(L-lactic acid) by a single specific viscosity measurement. Methods: The sample's viscosities of different MW were determined by dilution method.The intrinsic viscosity[η] was calculated by several single-point equations and were compared with the data obtained by Huggins graphical extrapolation method. Results: The [η] obtained from Solomon-Ciuta's equation and Maron's equation are in good agreement with that obtained from Huggins' equation with a maximum relative deviation of <0.8% and < 0.7 % respectively. Conclusion: The method proposed is simple and accurate.
