摘　　要：回顾改革开放以后历次薪酬分配制度改革 ,从薪酬制度的本质和目的探讨薪酬制度的发展与进步、存在的问题与不足 ,研究薪酬分配制度改革的可能性 ,以期找出一个符合目前中国国情的 。This article reviewed the reforms of pay distribution system in domestic hospitals since reform and open policy is carried out in China.Exploring the disadvantage and developmcnt of present pay system,authors studied the reforms of pay distribution system according to the object of this system.A new pay distribution system will be sought out,which is more adapted to the situation of our country and benefits the development of hospitals.
