摘　　要：通过对河西少数民族地区草产业现状进行分析,提出了发展草产业的具体措施,建立完善的政策体系,改变农民观念;科学种植,提高效益;草产业与畜牧业相结合,走规模化、集约化、产业化综合发展之路;重视营销,建立完善的销售与服务网络。The western development campaign and policy of reducing cultivation and conversion to forest and grassland represent an opportunity for the Hexi minority nationality area This includes structural adjustment of agriculture, and increasing the income of the peasant and herdsman Specific grassland industry development measures will become the new area of increasing importance, with devotion of major efforts to develop this minority nationality area's characteristic economyThrough an analysis of the grassland industry's current situation in the Hexi minority nationality area, specific measures for development were suggested These included establishing a suitable policy system, changing the concepts that people on the land have; and scientific plant cultivation, increasing beneficial results Also suggested was mutual integration of grassland and livestock industries, increasing scale, intensification, and industrialization, creating an integrated development path; and placing importance on marketing management, establishing an excellent distribution and service network
