摘 要:采用TDZ(thidiazuron,N-phenyl-N'-1,2,3-thiadiazol-5'-ylurea)与生长素的不同组合诱导离体草莓(FragariaananassaDuch.)新星2号、Honeoye、Tudla和Darselect的叶盘和叶柄再生不定芽,建立了草莓高效再生系统。实验结果表明:新星2号和Tudla在MS+TDZ2.0mg/L+IAA0.1mg/L上再生频率分别为94.2%和87.9%,每叶盘平均再生不定芽为1.9和1.7个;Honeoye在MS+TDZ2.0mg/L+2,4-D0.1mg/L上再生效果好(89.1%);Darselect在MS+TDZ8.0mg/L+IAA0.1mg/L上叶盘再生频率较高(79.6%);同一基因型草莓叶盘再生效果比叶柄好。The adventitious shoots of strawberry(Fragaria ananassa Duch.)were induced by different combinations of thidiazuron(TDZ)and IAAs.The results showed that the shoot inducing rates of Xinxing No.2 and Tudla were 94.2% and 87.9% respectively; Number of shoots per leaf disc were 1.9 and 1.7 respectively in MS+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L medium. The regeneration frequency from Honeoye reached the highest figure of 89.1% in MS+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+2, 4-D 0.1 mg/L, while Darselect obtained the highest level of 79.6% in MS+TDZ 8.0 mg/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L mediums. The regeneration from leaf disc was better than that from petiole in the same genotype.
