肿瘤坏死因子在妊娠高血压综合征发病中的作用

摘　　要：目的　 探讨肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)在妊娠高血压综合征发病中的作用。方法　 采用放射免疫分析法 ,测定 4 5例妊娠高血压综合征孕妇 (妊高征组 )和 4 0例正常孕妇 (对照组 )血浆TNF α、内皮素和一氧化氮的含量 ,并进行比较。结果　 妊高征组TNF α和内皮素增加 ,一氧化氮的含量降低 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　TNF α可引起血管内皮细胞损伤 ,使血管调节因子失衡 ,在妊高征的发病中起到重要作用。Objective To explore the role of tumor necrotic factors(TUF) in causing pregnancy complication.Methods The contents of TNF,endothelin and nitric oxide in 45 cases of pregnancy and 40 normal cases were measured and contrasted by means of radioimmunoassay.Results The contents of TNF and endothelin were found to be reduced,while the content of nitric oxide increased.There existed significance between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion TNF may play an important role in causing pregnancy complications trough endothelial injury and the loss of balance of vascuregulatory factors.
