替氟液与FC治疗根管治疗期间疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　 观察比较替氟液与FC两种药液行根管治疗的止痛效果 ,寻找一种高效安全的根管内消炎止痛药物。方法　 选择门诊行根管治疗的患者 16 0例 ,186颗患牙 ,随机分为治疗组 (84例 ,10 2颗牙齿 )和对照组 (76例 ,84颗牙齿 )。常规根管预备后 ,治疗组用替氟液暂封 ,对照组用FC液暂封 ,分别观察两组疼痛消失情况。结果　 治疗组封药后 1d 4 2颗牙疼痛消失 ,2d 38颗牙疼痛消失 ,占 78.4 3%,其余 4 2颗牙在 3～ 4d疼痛全部消失。FC组 1d疼痛消失 0颗牙 ,2d 2 6颗牙疼痛消失 ,占 30 .95 %,其余 5 8颗牙在 3～ 7d疼痛消失 ,两组效果比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　 替氟液在行治疗根管治疗期间的止痛效果优于FC液。Objective To observe the analgesic effects of tinidazole-dexamethasone liquid and FC liquid in root canal therapy.Methods 102 teeth in 84 cases in the treatment group received temporary sealing with tinidazole-dexamethasone liquid.84 teeth in 76 cases in the contrast group received temporary sealing with FC linquid.Results In the treatment group,the pain in 42 teeth was cured in one day,38 teeth in 2 days,and other cases in 3～4 days.In the contrast group,the pain in 26 teeth was cured in 2 days and other cases in 3～7 days.There existed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Tinidazole-dexamethasone was found to have better curative effect than FC linquid in root canal therapy.
