摘 要:目的:测算部队卫生防疫人力资源配置标准。方法:采用马尔柯夫模型(Mapkob model)预测法对部队卫生防疫人力资源的配置标准(职称比例)进行测算。结果:测算显示2002年部队卫生防疫人力资源总量为××人,2003年为××人。预测2004年部队卫生防疫人力资源总量为××人,职称配置比例为主治医师(主治技师)∶医师(技师)∶医士(技士)=1∶1.5∶1.7,显示未来拥有部队卫生防疫人力资源结构比例配置呈现出一种趋向性变化。结论:现阶段部队卫生防疫部队卫生防疫人力资源中的职称比例配置标准与马尔柯夫模型预测法测算出的配置标准有差异,配置标准应以主治医师(主治技师)∶医师(技师):医士(技士)=1∶1.5:1.7为宜。Objective: To research the rational allocation standard of primary military health anti-epidemic human re-sources(PMHAHR). Methods: The source of all data was the spot inquisition of the chief task. The rational allocation of PMHAHR was calculated by the Mapkob model. Results:The results indicated that the PMHAHR allocation numbers in these regions were × × in 2002, × × in 2003,and × × in 2004(prognosticated). The rational proportion should be doctor in charge (technical expert in charge) : doctor (technical expert): assistant doctor (technician) = 1 : 1. 5: 1. 7. Conclusion:There are obvious differences between present allocation standard of PMHAHR and the allocation standard calculated by the Mapkob model. The rational proportion of the PMHAHR should be doctor in charge (technical expert in charge) : doctor (technical expert): assistant doctor (technician) = 1 :1. 5 : 1. 7.
